Currently, JIA mainly offers a curated mix of urban and outdoors destinations in Europe (Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, London) and Asia (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Bali, Kyoto, Niseko).

The Promad Pass is a flexible “cloud” lease that enables you to stay in JIA homes and destinations, all over the world. It can also be subsidized by your Employer or potential Employers as a first-of-its-kind work from anywhere benefit.

Membership is limited to 1,000 members at the moment, so please apply early to reserve your place. Once you complete the membership application form, a dedicated onboarding specialist will contact you with the next steps. It’s that simple. Once you are accepted, you will be able to purchase your Promad Pass.

Generally the minimum stay is 30 days for most of our destinations/homes (some destinations may require more).

Yes. Promad passholders get to live in real homes at a lower cost than staying at a hotel or Airbnb of comparable quality. You pay a fixed price per month (which includes your base rent and utilities) and there are no hidden costs (cleaning fees, security deposits etc.). We are also able to offer attractive discounts for 3, 6 and 12 month passes (longer stays).

Once you have selected and purchased a Pass, our travel advisory team helps you plan your bespoke journey based on your personal preferences which we ascertain via our intake questionnaire and interviews. The pass lets you to stay 4 or more weeks in a JIA home across our portfolio of unique destinations. We need at least 1 month notice before the date you wish to arrive.

You can purchase Promad Passes for different durations, from 1 months to 12 months. The passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Partners can be accommodated on request. Generally families cannot be accommodated with some exceptions.
